Hello and Welcome
Today another group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators are taking part in a Global Blog Hop featuring Sale-A-Bration products which went 'Live' this morning.
One of my New Years Resolutions is to Blog more consistently. Here we are three days in and already I'm on my 2nd Blog Hop of the year, plus the one on Boxing Day !!
We have lots of exciting products to share with you, featuring products from Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration 2018.
For my cards today , I've used the Lots of Lavender stamp set #147194, available FREE with any £45 purchase until 31st March 2018. The more you spend, the more you earn for FREE.
For this Trio of cards, I used Stampin' Up! Notecards, they are slightly smaller than our standard A6 card size but the Lavender seemed to fit much better on this size.
The image on this card was stamped twice onto Whisper White card, using the stamps to colour a scruffy image. They were then 'fussy-cut' by hand and layered onto the front of an Old Olive, Wisteria Wonder and Whisper White mat layers.
I love the cute little curved arc of flowers but couldn't decided whether to go top and bottom or left and right, so went for both. These were coloured using Fresh Fig and Old Olive ink pads, squeezed whilst shut to provide a palette on the inside of lid, and a Blender pen. Wink of Stella was also added to flowers at the end.
My last note card, I wanted a different shape so added an oval from Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies #145372. These images were again coloured in using ink pads and blender pens. When mounting 'fussy-cut' images, I added Stampin' Dimensional Mini 3D foam pads #144108, with Tombow adhesive on the outer edges, giving a curved effect.
