Hello and welcome back for another CASE Challenge with my Demonstrator friends Emma and Becki.
Week 13 on the CASE challenge was Emma's turn to share her suggested inspiration, this time our Demonstrator colleague Julia Carmichael. You can find Julia's blog post HERE.
This challenge was a stamp set that retired a while ago. I immediately saw this as being a Dandelion Wishes type of design.
The left and right boxes were stamped with Bermuda Bay ink #147096 and stamped off for a lighter tone.
The middle box was done the same way with the smaller flower heads, this time stamping off with Coastal Cobana ink #147097. These two shades are so close, I'm sorry my photo doesn't do it justice !
I decided to use a coloured mat layer but keep in similar proportions to our challenge card.
I hope you light my quick and easy technique CASE today. Remember to pop over and visit Becki HERE and then on to Emma HERE and see their take on today's challenge.
Next weeks challenge
Next week we will be creating our inspiration from Darlene McCallum and her two-tone die-cut card. You can see Darlene's blog HERE . I love both the Happy Birthday and the Thank You Thinlits dies and am looking forward to creating one this week to share with you.
Pop back next Monday to see our inspired creations and also find out who is chosen as our spotlight designer for the following week.
If you would like to join in this challenge, feel free to CASE Becky's card, take a photo and email me or upload to my Sandra's Stamp & Craft Studio Facebook page. I can't wait to see all the different versions we create together. We’ll share the photos we receive in next Monday’s post.
Happy craftin'
