Hi and welcome
back, joining myself and fellow Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, sharing
our creativity globally through our Kre8tors Blog Hop group. You join me
here in Norfolk, UK and looking forward to sharing my Valentines/Love themed projects
with you today.
Here are the two cards I am sharing today. I usually stick to one set but had to add in my adaptation of one of our Team Shoebox swaps yesterday too.
Starting off with a simple card layout in Thick Whisper White card #140490, with a mat layer in Whisper White card #106549 with Subtle Textured Embossing Folder #143706. A square Stitched Shape Framelit #145372 was cut, and a smaller one inside to create a frame, stuck slightly offset from the centre.
The heart and 'love' sentiment from Sunshine Wishes Thinlits #141489, were cut from Grapefruit Grove and Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheets #149712, a FREE product from the Sale-A-Bration brochure, with a qualifying purchase of £45.
An additional heart was then cut from Silver Glimmer Paper #146960.
At our Team Shoebox swap yesterday, one of my downline Jane Scudamore got us all creating a background inking technique, choosing our own colours. Some of the Team were a bit apprehensive of trying this messy technique for the first time, but all did a fantastic job !

I chose Lovely Lipstick ink pad #147140, Grapefruit Grove ink pad #147142 and Powder Pink ink pad #147147 as my colours, tapping onto an acetate sheet and spritzing with a water mist.
After drying with a Heat Tool (UK) #129054 the surface was dusted with an Embossing Buddy #103083. The butterfly from Sunshine Sayings #141591 (W) #141594 (C) was inked using Versamark Pad #102283, covered with Black Embossing Powder #146956 and heated with Heat Tool to melt and give a lovely raised shiny effect.
The sentiment was also from Sunshine Sayings and heat embossed as above onto a piece of the Lovely Lipstick Foil sheet used above.
I hope you have been inspired by my little contribution today. Enjoy the
