Ink Stamp Share : Spring/Summer catalogue 2019

Welcome back to our Ink, Stamp & Share Blog hop, joining myself here in Norfolk, UK and other fellow Demonstrator colleagues around the Globe.

For todays share, we are all sharing inspiration from the newly released Spring/Summer (Occasions) catalogue.

Today I'm sharing the very popular Beautiful Gala stamp & punch bundle #150599, featured on p35 of the Spring/Summer catalogue.  When bought together as a bundle, you also enjoy a 10% saving.

Stampin' Up! have given Demonstrators a challenge, creating cards form different groups of crafters, whether Beginner, Casual or Avid.

My projects today feature one card in each of these categories.
For my BEGINNER card, I used a Whisper White card base.  The Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper #149622 FREE from Sale-A-Bration, compliments this set so well.  I have used a strip of the DSP with the black check on the reverse.  The Butterflys from the DSP have been stamped using the Butterfly Duet punch #148523.

Sentiments on all three cards are from the Butterfly Gala stamp set #148580 and stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad #132708.
For my CASUAL card, I have used the same layout, adding a 2nd mat layer of Basic Black and a 3rd layer of Whisper White.  I used the other side of the DSP with the colourful background.  The stamp set includes solid images for the top and bottom of the butterfly, which have been stamped in Grapefruit Grove ink pad #147142.
For my AVID card, I used a Basic Black base card, Whisper White mat layer and a layer of Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper #149622 FREE from Sale-A-Bration.

The Designer Series Paper layer this time was layered onto Lemon & Lime Twist card #144250 and Basic Black card #121688.  To finish, Wink of Stella Glitter Brush #141897 was applied to the butterfly wings.

Butterflies were stamped in Versamark #102283, sprinkled with Black Stampin' Emboss Powder #146956, heated with Heat Tool #129054 and then punched, sprinkled with Brushos #144101 and spritzed with water.  A Mini Glue Dot #144106 was attached of the reverse of the Butterfly. Copper Metallic Thread #141696 was attached to the Glue and attached to card.

I hope my projects today have inspired you to fall in love with the products as much as I have.  Already the punch and the Designer Series Papers stocks have been depleted, a quick reminder that often products are while stocks last, so please be quick if you are keen to get these products.

My classes on Friday 15th February and Sunday 17th February are using all of thee products, but hurry as I will need to order immediately.

  2. Sandra, I think your first card was my favorite. I absolutely love the gingham check paper and just the pops of color from the little butterflies really makes everything stand out. Adorable! And can we just talk about your little chocolates wrapped up in bits of the DSP? LOVE! I always forget to do that, but REALLY want to get some of those little nuggets now! Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us!!
